HOEKPAND Haringstraat. Woonhuis "De Gekroonde Haring". Monumentaal pand met hoog schilddak, waarop aan de voorzijde nokversiering met als windwijzer gekroonde haring. Voorgevel (eerste kwart achttiende eeuw) met hardstenen vensterdorpels, Empire schuiframen en, boven de kroonlijst, attiekvormige, grote dakkapel met gebeeldhouwde zijvoluten en driehoekig fronton.
Zeer gehavend Lodewijk XIV interieur.
Fraai gebouw van algemeen belang wegens oudheidkundige en kunsthistorische waarde.
